JD3230 series remote control electric insulating rod test stand

Remote-controlled electric insulating rod test stand, mainly used for full-length power frequency withstand voltage test of insulating rods below 35kV and segmented withstand voltage test of insulating rods from 110kV to 500kV. The insulating rod stand can be used to adjust the electrode distance electrically via a wireless remote controller or buttons on the device. It also has a graduated scale for quantifying the segmented length. The electrodes use a combination of conductive foam, which can achieve the effect of surrounding the insulating rod under test and meet the requirements of the test standard.

Product Introduction

  Remote-controlled electric insulating rod testing stand, mainly used for full-length power frequency withstand voltage test of insulating rods below 35kV and segmented withstand voltage test of 110~500kV insulating rods. The insulating rod stand can be used to adjust the electrode distance electrically via a wireless remote controller or buttons on the device.   • The insulating rod stand is suitable for overall or segmented tests of 10~500kV insulating rods.
  • The stand is designed with 3 sets of electrodes and a two-segment withstand voltage structure, allowing for withstand voltage tests on two segments of insulating rods simultaneously.
  • The electrodes use combined grooved conductive foam, achieving a complete encircling contact effect. The self-locking opening and closing structure facilitates loading and unloading of the test
  • item, improving work efficiency.
  • The middle electrode connected to high voltage is a fixed main electrode, while the two sides are auxiliary grounded electrodes. The auxiliary electrodes can be electrically driven to expand or merge
  • synchronously to both sides.
  • The electric mechanism is controlled by buttons or wireless remote control, and also has fine-tuning control for precise distance adjustment.
