JD3210 series remote control insulated pole lifting platform

This series of high-voltage test lifting platforms is mainly used for performing overall power frequency withstand voltage tests on insulating rods, insulating ropes, and insulator string carriers (220~1000kV). The test system consists of a main control test bench, a partial discharge-free test transformer, a voltage divider, voltage boosting equipment such as metal protective resistors, and a remote-controlled pressure-resistant lifting platform.

Product Introduction

  This series of high-voltage test lifting platforms are mainly used for the overall power frequency withstand voltage test of insulating rods, insulating ropes, and suspension bottle racks (220~1000kV), etc. The test system consists of a main control test bench, a partial discharge-free test transformer, a voltage divider, voltage boosting equipment such as a metal protective resistor, and a remote-controlled pressure-resistant lifting platform.
The remote-controlled pressure-resistant lifting platform adopts an insulated gantry structure. A hoisting trolley is installed in the middle of the gantry, which can lift the insulating rod for withstand voltage testing.

Main Features
  • The effective height of the gantry meets the standard requirements for the test length and can perform tests on the entire insulating rod.
  • The gantry is supported by 2 sets of 4 insulator columns, and the sides are connected by steel plate fittings to form a whole.
  • There are insulated tracks in the middle of the insulating columns on both sides, and the hoisting trolley can slide on them.
  • There is a voltage equalization hood at the top to reduce partial discharge.
  • The hoisting trolley is hoisted by high-quality insulated ropes and uses remote control to ensure good insulation of high voltage.
  • The hoisting trolley has 8 workstations, and 8 insulating rods can be hung at one time. The leakage current can be measured at each workstation.
  • Through infrared communication, the test data is transmitted to the test bench, and the test bench can display 8 channels of leakage current and battery power in real time.
  • The pressure-resistant platform has a laser rangefinder and a laser scale, which can accurately set the test length.
  • When the hoisting trolley moves to the lower side, the equipment can be charged.
  • The lower part of the insulating rod uses a special stainless steel test clamp, which is connected to the ground to measure the leakage current.

500kV Tool Test Equipment Configuration

① Intelligent Control Console

  • The control console adopts a manual and automatic integrated design. It can manually control the test process, or the computer can automatically complete all control functions.
  • The test method meets the requirements of DL/T1476-2015 "Preventive Test Regulations for Power Safety Tools".
  • The test process is fully automatic. The test is performed at a speed of 1kV/S below 75% of the test voltage and 0.1kV/S above 75% of the test voltage. The test voltage is maintained, the time is timed to automatically reduce the voltage and record the leakage current, and after returning to zero, the power is automatically cut off, and a prompt is given to indicate the end of the test.
  • The equipment has overcurrent, overvoltage, and breakdown protection.
  • The test equipment has a high-voltage hazard warning light display.
  • The control console communicates with the high-voltage test platform to collect the leakage current of 8 insulating rods.
  • The high-voltage test platform and the control console use patented infrared communication technology to completely isolate the operating table from the high-voltage system, ensuring the safety of the test personnel.
