The upgraded intelligent control console uses computer centralized control to achieve automatic control of the test and automatically generates test reports by establishing a database. The test bench can connect to the cloud platform management system developed by the company, and external devices such as barcode scanners can be used to achieve digital, informational, and paperless testing.
The upgraded intelligent control console adds fine-tuning of the test voltage and adjustable viewing angle functions, making it the preferred testing equipment for high-voltage tests.

Main Features
  • The instrument testing methods meet the requirements of DL/T1476-2015 "Preventive Testing Regulations for Power Safety Tools" and DL/T976-2017 "Preventive Testing Regulations for Live Working Tools, Equipment, and Devices".
  • The test bench adopts a manual and automatic integrated design, and all automatic control functions can be completed by the computer. When the computer is turned off, the test bench can also perform manual and automatic tests.
  • When using computer control, the test voltage and 8-channel leakage current curves can be displayed in real time.
  • The test process is fully automatic. The test is conducted at a speed of 1kV/S below 75% of the test voltage and 0.1kV/S above 75% of the test voltage. The test voltage is maintained, the time is counted until the automatic voltage reduction, the leakage current is recorded, and after returning to zero, the power is automatically cut off, a prompt is given, and the test is completed.
  • The equipment has overcurrent, overvoltage, and breakdown protection.
  • The testing equipment has a high-voltage hazard warning light display.
  • The instrument uses a large-screen LCD Chinese character display, displaying output voltage, input current, high-voltage leakage current, timing time, and other parameters, as well as Chinese character prompts on one screen.
  • The insulating boot and glove withstand voltage test bench uses infrared communication patented technology to completely isolate the operating table from the high-voltage system, ensuring the safety of the testers.
  • Each test sample of the insulating boot and glove withstand voltage test bench has a high-voltage disconnection mechanism. When any channel breaks down, that channel will automatically disconnect from the high voltage without affecting the progress of the test.
  • The test bench is equipped with a miniature printer that can print test results at any time.
  • An LED Chinese character safety protection display is installed to display the test status and test items.
  • An infrared beam safety line is installed in the test area. If someone enters the test area during the test, the test voltage will be immediately cut off.
  • The intelligent control console has a barcode scanner interface and a network interface, and can connect to the safety tool cloud platform test management system developed by the company to achieve networked, digital, informational, and paperless testing.
  • The intelligent control console has expanded the fine-tuning function of the test voltage and the adjustable viewing angle function of the operating surface.
