  To accurately measure the starting voltage of a voltage tester, a uniform electric field must be established. A remote-controlled electric voltage tester test stand was designed and developed based on the power industry standard DL740 "Capacitive Voltage Tester."

Main Features
  • The high-voltage electrode is spherical, and the grounding electrode is ring-shaped.
  • The grounding electrode is fixed, and the high-voltage electrode can be moved left and right by an electric motor.
  • The electric motor mechanism is controlled by both button and wireless remote control, and also has fine-tuning control for precise distance adjustment.
  • The test stand has a scale, making distance adjustment intuitive and accurate.
  • The voltage tester's high-voltage electrode is designed with a voltage tester adjustment and alignment device for easy alignment and contact with the center of the electrode.
  • The electrode height of the 63-500 voltage tester test stand is 2.5 meters, making it inconvenient to replace samples. The voltage tester stand is designed with a rotating mechanism that can rotate 90 degrees for easy sample installation and removal.
