NR7610 Series Open Cup Flash Point Auto Tester

Open-cup flash point automatic tester, used for testing samples in open environments (such as lubricating oil) to determine the open-cup flash point of petroleum products. It uses advanced foreign technology, replacing keyboard operation with a touchscreen. The large LCD screen displays a full-Chinese human-machine dialogue interface, with full-screen touch button prompts for convenient and quick input. It features open-style, fuzzy control integrated software and a modular structure, conforming to national standards, US standards, EU standards, etc. It is an ideal replacement for imported instruments. 　　Open Cup Flash Point Automatic Tester. When the testing sample is used in an open environment (such as lubricating oil), it determines the open cup flash point of petroleum products. It uses advanced foreign technology, replacing keyboard operation with a touch screen. It features a large LCD screen with a full-Chinese human-machine dialogue interface, full-screen touch button input for convenient and quick operation, open-style, fuzzy control integrated software, and a modular structure, conforming to national standards, American, and EU standards. It is an ideal substitute for imported instruments. Widely used in railway, aviation, power, petroleum industries, and research departments, etc.

　　◆ Uses a new type of high-speed digital signal processor, reliable operation, and high accuracy;

　　◆ Detection, opening, ignition, alarm, cooling, and printing are all automatically completed throughout the experiment;

　　◆ Platinum electric heating wire, gas ignition method;

　　◆ Uses newly developed high-power high-frequency switching power supply heating technology, high heating efficiency, and uses an adaptive PID control algorithm to automatically adjust the heating curve;

　　◆ Temperature over-limit automatically stops detection and alarms;

　　◆ Historical records with time stamps, storing up to 255;

　　◆ A century-long clock with temperature compensation, accurate timekeeping, automatically records the date and time of the measurement, and can operate for more than 10 years in a power-off state;
