NR7500 series gas chromatograph

The gas chromatograph for transformer oil is suitable for determining the content of dissolved gases in the insulating oil of power systems. A single injection can complete the full analysis of the content of 7 dissolved gas components in the insulating oil, and its minimum detection concentration for acetylene reaches 0.1ppm. The instrument is equipped with a large-screen LCD liquid crystal display interface, menu-driven Chinese operation, intuitive display, and convenient operation. The instrument adopts a dual-column parallel split system, equipped with a thermal conductivity detector, a dual hydrogen flame detector, and a methane converter, which can complete the full analysis of H2, O2, CO2, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, and C2H6 in a single injection.

  ◆ Adopts a 320 x 240 dot matrix 5.7-inch ultra-large screen LCD Chinese display, displaying various temperatures and operating conditions in real time, with clear and intuitive content;
  ◆ Power-on self-test, wide-range self-diagnosis function, can accurately judge the fault location and alarm;
  ◆ Six independent temperature control channels (vaporization chamber and capillary vaporization chamber can be independently controlled), eight-stage temperature programming function;
  ◆ Overtemperature protection function: If any channel exceeds the set temperature, the instrument will automatically power off and alarm;
  ◆ Unique vertical heating device, making sample vaporization more reliable, minimizing the heat radiation generated by the vaporization chamber, and ensuring that the temperature deviation in the column box is minimal;
  ◆ High-precision dual-stable gas path, can simultaneously install four detectors.
