Closed-cup flash point automatic tester, used for determining the closed-cup flash point of petroleum products when the sample is in a sealed environment (such as transformer oil). It uses a touchscreen instead of a keyboard, adopts advanced foreign technology, and features a large LCD screen with a full-Chinese human-machine dialogue interface. Full-screen touch button prompts for input are convenient and quick. It has open and fuzzy control integrated software, a modular structure, and conforms to national, American, and European Union standards. It is an ideal replacement for imported instruments. 　　Closed-cup flash point automatic tester, used for determining the closed-cup flash point of petroleum products when the sample is used in a sealed environment (such as transformer oil). It replaces keyboard operation with a touch screen, adopts advanced foreign technology, features a large LCD screen with a full-Chinese human-computer dialogue interface, full-screen touch key input for convenient and quick operation, open and fuzzy control integrated software, modular structure, and conforms to national, American, and European Union standards. It is an ideal substitute for imported instruments. Widely used in railway, aviation, power, petroleum industries, and research institutions.

　　◆ Adopts a new type of high-speed digital signal processor, ensuring reliable operation and high accuracy;

　　◆ The entire experimental process is automatically completed, including detection, opening the lid, ignition, alarm, cooling, and printing;

　　◆ Platinum electric heating wire and gas ignition method;

　　◆ Adopts newly developed high-power high-frequency switching power supply heating technology, with high heating efficiency and self-adaptive PID control algorithm for automatic adjustment of the heating curve;

　　◆ Automatic detection and alarm when the temperature exceeds the set value;

　　◆ Historical records with time stamps, storing up to 255 records;

　　◆ Temperature-compensated century-long clock, accurate timekeeping, automatically records the date and time of measurement, and can operate for more than 10 years in a power-off state;
