The team arrived at the Hunan plant and carried out on-site commissioning for the NR-BC high-voltage capacitor compensation device and the NR-YD power-frequency withstand voltage test system, completing tests on large transformer samples, High-voltage switchgear cabinet The test wiring is laid out, and a high-voltage safety isolation zone is established, with standardized arrangements for the grounding circuit, high-voltage leads, and voltage‑division measurement lines. Throughout the entire process—boosting, withstand testing, and de‑energizing—the test personnel monitor from the central control room and collect data in real time. Insulation Test Data were collected to complete multiple rounds of type‑test verification, confirming the reliability of functions such as equipment protection tripping and overvoltage protection. Simultaneously, in alignment with on-site process requirements, the test plan was optimized to match the insulation‑testing conditions at the transformer’s factory exit, thereby ensuring compliance with the outgoing inspection standards for electrical products. 
At the Guangdong joint‑venture plant, technical personnel completed the pre‑assembly and layout of the NR‑BX variable‑frequency resonant test system in advance, including the variable‑frequency power supply, High-voltage reactor The voltage divider and the measurement‑control host were interconnected, and repeated no‑load voltage‑boosting and withstand‑voltage simulation tests were conducted to calibrate all test parameters and verify the reliability of wiring and equipment operation. Concurrently, centralized training was organized for the customer’s operations and maintenance personnel, covering equipment principles, operating procedures, high‑voltage work safety protocols, and emergency fault‑handling methods. Hands‑on demonstrations were provided for the entire workflow—wiring, test configuration, and data acquisition—to ensure that staff are fully proficient in operating the complete system, thereby establishing a robust pre‑commissioning foundation for equipment shipment and on‑site deployment.
During this simultaneous commissioning effort at both sites, we successfully closed the entire delivery loop—from in‑plant pre‑commissioning and personnel training to on‑site installation and full‑machine testing and validation. Moving forward, JinDian Technology will continue to provide after‑sales operations and maintenance, technical support, and solution‑upgrade services for projects at both locations.
