Power-frequency withstand voltage partial discharge test system:

  • Dual‑CPU industrial display design, integrating programmable voltage regulation, data acquisition, over‑voltage and over‑current protection, and test sequence control modules.
  • A fully automated withstand voltage test procedure that records voltage and current data in real time, automatically generates test reports, and incorporates multiple safety features such as an emergency stop and zero‑position interlock. It offers intuitive operation, strong anti‑interference performance, and is well suited for long‑term laboratory use.
  • Rated capacity: 100 kVA; maximum output voltage: 150 kV. Equipped with a mobile base and multiple terminal blocks, it can deliver power-frequency AC as well as high-voltage DC/AC.
  • It is used for power-frequency withstand voltage and insulation breakdown tests, enabling the assessment of the dielectric strength of transformers, cables, insulators, switchgear, instrument transformers, insulating materials, and high-voltage components.   • Uniform deposition and multi‑standard compatibility: Equipped with a built-in dual‑spray tower and collection funnel, it ensures precise and controllable salt‑fog deposition, fully supporting the three major mainstream salt‑fog testing methods—neutral (NSS), acidic (AASS), and copper‑accelerated (CASS).
  • Core quality inspection, reliable standard configuration: Specifically developed and designed for hardware electroplating, coating, fasteners, electronic connectors, and power‑related metal components. It is an indispensable environmental testing instrument for evaluating the rust‑proof and corrosion‑resistant performance of surface treatments, as well as for conducting incoming material inspections and factory‑acceptance reliability tests.
