Joint Collaboration | JinDian Technology Fully Supports Customers, Ensuring the Smooth Acceptance of the 110kV Substation Project

The technical service team of Wuhan JinDian Technology traveled to the Huangshi Power Project site to carry out on-site commissioning and acceptance testing of a complete set of power‑testing equipment. The work encompassed everything from equipment wiring and hands‑on calibration to comprehensive, item‑by‑item testing—including withstand voltage, circuit integrity, and dielectric loss measurements. The entire instrument suite operated stably, with all test data meeting the required standards, and the project successfully passed customer acceptance.
This delivery includes commissioning equipment that covers the entire substation’s testing requirements, such as high-voltage withstand tests, voltage and current transformers, switchgear, relay protection, and SF6 gas detection. All items on the equipment list have been delivered and verified on site.
Following completion of equipment commissioning, both parties verified the actual quantities delivered and confirmed the operating conditions for each test item. The customer then signed the “Commissioning and Acceptance Service Form” on-site. The head of Huangshi Power highly commended JinDian Technology’s equipment for its stability, the engineers’ hands-on expertise, and its one-stop after-sales commissioning service: the equipment is intuitive to operate, exhibits strong anti-interference performance, and was supported by technically experienced personnel who efficiently completed all station‑level handover tests, significantly shortening the preparatory period for the substation’s commissioning.
