Recently, Wuhan Jindian Technology, after receiving an after-sales service request from a customer in Hunan province, immediately dispatched technicians to the customer's location to provide after-sales debugging services for the NR5900 line parameter tester and NR4100 cable fault tester purchased from our company.
After arriving on site, our technicians, led by the customer, conducted training. The training was mainly divided into two parts: theory and practice. The theoretical part focused on explaining the equipment's performance characteristics and parameters to the customer.

NR5900 Line Parameter Tester
I. Product Introduction
This instrument can measure various related parameters of power transmission lines, such as positive sequence and zero sequence, interphase, line-to-ground, voltage effective value, current effective value, active power, reactive power, etc. It allows external connection of voltage transformers and current transformers for extended range measurement. Wide voltage limit of voltage circuit: The maximum measurable voltage is 750V, and accuracy is guaranteed without switching ranges. It will not be damaged due to incorrect voltage range selection. Large-screen, high-brightness LCD display, full-Chinese menu and operation prompts realize friendly human-computer interaction. Touch buttons make operation easier, and the LCD has brightness adjustment to adapt to different seasons. The instrument is equipped with a miniature high-speed thermal printer, allowing users to print test data at any time. An RS232 serial port for communication with computers is reserved for users with high-voltage measurement vehicles, which can expand the data upload function for centralized data management.

During the practical operation, after the engineer demonstrated to the customer, the customer was allowed to operate the equipment themselves, from wiring to instrument parameter setting, automatic testing, and manual testing, allowing the customer to understand the operation and answer their questions. It was ensured that the customer truly mastered the usage and precautions of our instrument.




This debugging was successfully completed. Our instrument is functioning normally, with complete accessories and intact packaging. The on-site instrument test results are accurate and meet customer requirements. The customer is very satisfied with this after-sales service and expressed high praise for our company!
