Recently, Wuhan Jindian Technology successfully shipped a set of NR-BX-2200kVA/400kV variable frequency resonance testing device to Jiangsu Fangyang Energy Technology Co., Ltd., the winning bidder.
Product Introduction
The NR-BX-2200kVA/400kV variable frequency resonance testing device is mainly designed and manufactured for AC withstand voltage tests of 110kV, 220kV cables and power transformers, and all electrical main equipment of the 220kV power system. The reactor adopts a multi-unit separate design to meet the test requirements of high-voltage and low-current equipment. It is an ideal withstand voltage equipment for high-voltage testing departments at the city and county levels, as well as power installation and maintenance and testing engineering units. It mainly consists of a variable frequency control power supply, an excitation transformer, a high-voltage reactor, and a capacitive voltage divider. The entire device is lightweight and compact, making it easy for on-site testing.
• The device has protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, zero-position start, system detuning, and high-voltage flashover fault. The overvoltage and overcurrent protection values can be set according to user needs. When the sample flashover occurs, the flashover protection will activate and record the flashover voltage value for test analysis;
• It has two working modes: fully automatic mode and manual mode, allowing users to flexibly choose according to the on-site situation and improve the testing speed;
• When automatically scanning the frequency, the starting frequency can be arbitrarily set within the specified range, and the scanning direction can be selected upward or downward. At the same time, the large color LCD screen displays the scanning resonance, voltage increase, and timing curves, allowing users to intuitively understand whether the resonance point has been found.
• It can store, print in real-time, and print data remotely. The data storage number is digital, which helps users easily identify and find data.
• It adopts DSP platform technology, which can easily add or reduce functions and upgrade according to user needs, and makes the human-computer interaction interface more user-friendly.
