Recently, after receiving after-sales needs from customers in Hunan, Wuhan Jindian Technology immediately dispatched technicians to the customer’s location to provide after-sales debugging services for the purchase of NR5900 line parameter testers and NR4100 cable fault testers from our company.

    After our technicians arrive at the site, they will start training under the leadership of the customer. The training is mainly divided into two parts: theory and practice. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the equipment performance characteristics and parameters for customers.

    1. Product introduction

    This instrument can measure various related parameters such as positive sequence and zero sequence, phase-to-phase, line-to-earth, effective value of voltage, effective value of current, active power, reactive power and other parameters of transmission lines. Allows external voltage transformer and current transformer for extended range measurement. Voltage loop width limit: the maximum voltage can be measured up to 750V, and the accuracy can be guaranteed without switching gears. The instrument itself will not be damaged due to the wrong selection of the voltage range. Large-screen, high-brightness LCD display, full Chinese character menu and operation prompts realize friendly man-machine dialogue, touch buttons make the operation easier, and the LCD with brightness adjustment can adapt to winter and summer seasons. The instrument is equipped with a micro high-speed thermal printer, and the user can print the test data through the micro printer at any time. The RS232 serial port for communication with the computer is reserved for users with high-voltage measuring vehicles, which can expand the function of uploading verification data and realize centralized management of data.

    In the actual operation process, after the engineer gave the customer a demonstration, let the customer perform the actual operation, from the wiring to the instrument parameter setting, automatic test, and manual test to let the customer understand the operation and answer the customer's questions. Make sure that the customer has really mastered the use methods and precautions of our instruments.

    The commissioning was successfully completed.
