Recently, TBEA purchased a batch of electrical testing equipment in Wuhan Jindian technology, including nr6700h automatic ratio group tester, nr6620t DC resistance tester, nr-dyy low voltage surge protector tester, nr-yly disconnector contact pressure tester, nr7100h SF6 gas leak detector, etc.
At the request of the customer, our company sent a technician to Hengyang, Hunan, where the customer is located, to provide after-sales training services for this batch of equipment.
After Peng Gong, the equipment technician, arrived at the training site to carry out commissioning immediately under the arrangement of the customer. The commissioning service is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical operation. Peng Gongxian introduced the main characteristics, main technical parameters and basic principle of the equipment, so that the customer can have a basic understanding of the equipment.
During the actual operation, Peng Gong demonstrated the operation steps one by one. After the demonstration, let the customer operate by himself. From wiring to instrument parameter setting, automatic test and manual test, let the customer understand the operation and answer the customer's questions. Make sure that the customer has really mastered the use method and precautions of our instrument and can operate the equipment independently.
After several days of commissioning training, the customer said that he had gained a lot and highly appreciated the service attitude and professional level of Jindian technology's after-sales team.
