Recently, TBEA purchased a batch of electrical testing equipment from Wuhan Jindian Technology, including the NR6700H fully automatic transformer ratio group tester, NR6620T DC resistance tester, NR-DYY low-voltage surge protector tester, NR-YLY isolating switch contact pressure tester, NR7100H SF6 gas leak detector, etc.

At the customer's request, our company dispatched a technician to the customer's location in Hengyang, Hunan Province to provide after-sales training services for this batch of equipment.
After arriving, Technician Peng, under the customer's arrangement, went to the training site and immediately started the debugging. This debugging service was divided into two parts: theory and practice. Technician Peng first introduced the main features, main technical parameters, and basic principles of the equipment, allowing the customer to have a basic understanding of the equipment.

During the practical operation, Technician Peng demonstrated the operation steps one by one. After the demonstration, the customer was allowed to operate the equipment themselves, from wiring to instrument parameter settings, automatic testing, and manual testing, allowing the customer to understand the operation and answer their questions. It was ensured that the customer truly mastered the use and precautions of our instruments and could operate the equipment independently.

After several days of debugging and training, the customer expressed great satisfaction and highly praised the service attitude and professional level of Jindian Technology's after-sales team.
