Recently, after receiving a post-sales invitation from Tebian Electric, our company immediately dispatched experienced hardware and software engineers to provide debugging services for the customer's purchased NR-GK(F) high-voltage switchgear energization test bench, NR-YD(H)-20kVA/150kV power frequency withstand voltage test device, NR-DBF-10kV(H) multi-frequency generator, NR5200(D) fully automatic transformer characteristic comprehensive tester, NR5240(H) fuse tester, NR5400(B) high-voltage switch characteristic comprehensive tester, and other customized products.

Upon arrival, the engineers unpacked and inspected the equipment, confirming its integrity. They demonstrated the equipment's connection and operation with the test items, explained the operating precautions to the customer, and successfully completed the entire training and testing project. After more than 20 days of hardware and software customization and debugging, the equipment's debugging and acceptance were successfully completed.

Our company dispatched three hardware and software engineers for this installation and debugging project. They conducted joint development and debugging for the State Grid EIP data acquisition platform data connection and also conducted hardware and software customization and modification of the NR-GK(F) high-voltage switchgear energization test bench based on the customer's on-site needs.

Below is a brief introduction of some of the equipment customized and developed by our company for Tebian Electric.
NR-GK(F) high-voltage switchgear energization test bench: Built-in high-performance industrial control computer, controls multiple sets of AC/DC voltage and current and high-current output through software, and can achieve arbitrary voltage and current adjustment through software. It can complete electrical interlocking tests (five-prevention tests for switchgear) and can automatically complete mechanical operation tests. After the electrical interlocking test and mechanical operation test are completed, it automatically identifies the test results and generates a WORD version of the test report for later review and printing; it also generates an Access type database file for use with the EIP platform data connection.
Automatically completes eight tests in the mechanical operation, automatically adjusts the output voltage and voltage type according to the description of each function, then automatically performs five on/off operations, automatically judges the test results, and after completing the verification of a certain function, automatically adjusts the voltage and automatically performs on/off operations... until all eight functions of the mechanical operation are completed. No manual intervention is required during this process, and the test results are automatically identified and a test report is generated.
