Recently, after receiving an after-sales service request from a power construction company in Inner Mongolia, Jindian Technology immediately dispatched technicians to Hohhot, the customer's location, to debug and provide operational training for the testing equipment purchased from our company.
Customer Background Introduction
A power construction company in Inner Mongolia operates in the fields of power installation engineering, electromechanical installation engineering, building construction, cable engineering, earthwork engineering, building decoration and renovation; construction and commissioning of solar, photovoltaic, and wind power generation projects; building labor sub-contracting, mechanical equipment leasing; sales of power equipment, wires and cables, and building materials; and power engineering technical services and consulting.
The equipment debugged this time mainly includes: NR-BX-180kVA/108kV variable frequency resonance testing device, NR-YD-5kVA/50kV power frequency testing transformer, NR-ZGF-120kV/2mA DC high-voltage generator, NR5130 microcomputer relay protection tester, NR1500 intelligent wireless high-voltage phase detector, NR6700 fully automatic transformer ratio group tester, NR5400 high-voltage switch characteristic comprehensive tester, NR5300 loop resistance tester, NR2100 grounding resistance tester, NR2201 insulation resistance tester, etc.
After arriving on-site, our technician, Engineer Li, immediately started the debugging work as arranged by the customer.

To facilitate the customer's independent completion of various electrical tests in the future, Engineer Li first gave a thorough and detailed explanation of each piece of equipment. This included: testing principles, testing wiring, operating procedures, and precautions.
Subsequently, a practical operation demonstration was given to the customer, focusing on the key points and difficulties in the operation process. Finally, the customer was guided to operate the equipment themselves. Corresponding debugging and training programs were developed for different products to ensure that the customer can proficiently use this equipment in their future work.
After the communication, debugging, and training, the customer basically mastered the use of the equipment debugged this time.
This debugging was successfully completed, and the customer gave high praise to our company's products and services.
