Recently, after receiving the after-sales invitation from TBEA, our company immediately arranged software and hardware technical engineers with rich field experience to visit the NR-GK(F) high-voltage switchgear electrification test bench, NR-YD (h)-20kVA/150kV power frequency withstand voltage test device, NR-DBF-10kV(H) multiple frequency generator, and NR5200(D) automatic transformer characteristic comprehensive tester.

    After the engineer arrived, the equipment was unpacked and accepted, and it was confirmed that the equipment was in good condition. The wiring and operation of the equipment and the tested products were demonstrated on site, and the precautions for equipment operation were explained to the customers. Finally, the whole training and test project ended smoothly. After more than 20 days of customized development and debugging of software and hardware, the commissioning and acceptance of the equipment were successfully completed.

    The following is a brief introduction of the equipment (part) customized and developed by our company for TBT this time.
NR-GK(F) high-voltage switchgear power-on test bench: built-in high-performance industrial computer, which controls multiple sets of AC/DC voltage/current and high-current output through software, and can realize any voltage/current adjustment through software, complete the electrical interlocking test (five-prevention test of switchgear), and complete the mechanical operation test fully automatically. After the electrical interlocking test and mechanical operation test are completed, the test results will be automatically identified, and the WORD version of the test report will be generated at the same time, which is convenient for later reading and printing. And generate an Access type database file for docking with EIP platform data.
    Automatically complete 8 tests in mechanical operation, automatically adjust the output voltage and voltage type according to the description of each function, automatically open and close the brake for 5 times, automatically judge the test results, automatically adjust the voltage again after verifying a certain function, and automatically open and close the brake ... until all the 8 functions of mechanical operation are tested, without human intervention, automatically identify the test results and generate a test report at the same time.
