Recently, Wuhan Jindian Technology received an urgent request from a client in Jiangxi. The client's project urgently needed a variable frequency resonance testing device for testing, and required technical personnel to provide on-site guidance.

Sensing the client's urgency through the phone, the general manager immediately arranged for sales personnel to follow up, requiring them to help the client solve the problem in the shortest possible time and reassure the client.

Sales personnel quickly contacted the client, and after understanding the on-site environment and specific testing needs, quickly determined the equipment model.

The production department immediately allocated equipment, completed the factory testing of the equipment in the shortest possible time, completed packaging and loading overnight, and technical personnel rushed to the client's site by car.

Upon arrival at the site, technician Xu immediately worked with the client to conduct the test. This test was an AC withstand voltage test on a cable with a voltage level of 10kV, a length of 4200m, and a cross-sectional area of 400mm² in a residential area in Jiangxi.

Technician Xu first emphasized the safety measures and precautions before the test. After completing the preparations, he demonstrated the wiring method of the NR-BX variable frequency resonance testing device to the client on-site and provided operational training on the variable frequency power supply.
