Wuhan Jindian Technology provides after-sales debugging services for Hunan customers. The debugging lasted for 4 days. After-sales personnel followed the customers to the project site for experimental teaching.
In late January, Jindian's after-sales team provided Jiangxi customers with emergency after-sales service for cable faults, helping customers find fault points.
In late February, after-sales debugging services were provided for Hangzhou customers. The debugging equipment mainly included NR5130 microcomputer relay protection tester, NR6610 DC resistance tester, NR2202 insulation resistance tester, NR5400 high-voltage switching characteristic comprehensive tester, NR6700 automatic transformer tester. Ratio group tester, NR5200 automatic transformer characteristic comprehensive tester, NR2100 grounding resistance tester, NR-DDG-500A high current generator, NR5300 loop resistance tester, NR5600B automatic capacitance and inductance tester, NR-YD ( JZ)-5kVA/50kV power frequency test transformer, etc.
At the end of March, Jindian Technology went to Qinghai to conduct technical debugging of NR1210 tensile test bench, NR-JY insulating boots (gloves) withstand voltage test device and other equipment for customers.
In April, the after-sales team of Jindian Technology provided after-sales debugging services for two customers in Hubei.
In the first ten days of May, Jindian technicians provided on-site test teaching of equipment for customers in Guangxi. Among them, NR-ZGF-120kV/2mA DC high voltage generator, NR-YD-5kVA/50kV (ultra-light) power frequency test transformer, NR-BX-135kVA/108kV variable frequency resonance test device, NR6500 transformer capacity characteristic comprehensive tester, NR5400 The high-voltage switch characteristic comprehensive tester is our main product.
In late May, technicians went to Nanjing to provide after-sales commissioning for customers. This time, we mainly provided equipment training for NR-YD-10kVA/50kV power frequency test transformer, NR6700 automatic variable ratio group tester, and NR4500 arrester discharge counter tester.
In early June, we provided after-sales debugging services for the NR-HB-600 intelligent merging unit device tester, NR6200H partial discharge inspection instrument, NR1320 insulator ultrasonic flaw detector, NR-QX-10 clamp ammeter and other equipment purchased by customers in Huaibei, Anhui Province.
In mid-June, the after-sales team of Jindian provided after-sales debugging services for Xinjiang customers. 60kV/2mA DC high voltage generator, NR6610 DC resistance tester, NR6700 automatic variable ratio group tester, NR5300 loop resistance tester, NR2100 grounding resistance tester.
At the end of the month, Jindian Technology received an emergency service request from a customer in Hunan, and needed assistance in finding the fault point of the cable. The after-sales team was anxious for the customer's urgency, and drove to the destination quickly. After arriving, they began to operate the equipment non-stop to find the fault point. After a day and night of searching, they finally found it successfully.
In the past six months, the after-sales team of Jindian Technology has spread all over the country, delivering professional, fast and efficient services to customers.
