Collection of After-Sales Service Cases:
01. Wuhan Jindian Technology provided after-sales debugging services to a customer in Hunan. This debugging process lasted 4 days, with after-sales personnel accompanying the customer to the project site for experimental training.
02. In late January, Jindian's after-sales team provided emergency after-sales service for a customer in Jiangxi to assist in locating a cable fault.
03. In late February, after-sales debugging services were provided to a customer in Hangzhou. The equipment involved in this debugging included NR5130 Microcomputer Relay Protection Tester, NR6610 DC Resistance Tester, NR2202 Insulation Resistance Tester, NR5400 High-Voltage Switch Characteristic Comprehensive Tester, NR6700 Fully Automatic Transformer Ratio and Group Test Instrument, NR5200 Fully Automatic Current Transformer Characteristic Comprehensive Tester, NR2100 Ground Resistance Tester, NR-DDG-500A High Current Generator, NR5300 Loop Resistance Tester, NR5600B Fully Automatic Capacitance and Inductance Tester, NR-YD(JZ)-5kVA/50kV Power Frequency Test Transformer, etc.
04. At the end of March, Jindian Technology went to Qinghai to conduct technical debugging of the customer's NR1210 Tensile Testing Machine and NR-JY Insulating Boots (Gloves) Withstand Voltage Testing Device.
05. In April, Jindian Technology's after-sales team provided after-sales debugging services to two customers in Hubei.
06. In early May, Jindian technicians provided on-site experimental training for a customer in Guangxi. The equipment included NR-ZGF-120kV/2mA DC High Voltage Generator, NR-YD-5kVA/50kV (Ultralight) Power Frequency Test Transformer, NR-BX-135kVA/108kV Variable Frequency Resonance Test Device, NR6500 Transformer Capacity Characteristic Comprehensive Tester, and NR5400 High-Voltage Switch Characteristic Comprehensive Tester, all of which are our flagship products.
07. In late May, technicians went to Nanjing to provide after-sales debugging services, mainly providing equipment training for the NR-YD-10kVA/50kV power frequency test transformer, NR6700 fully automatic ratio and group test instrument, and NR4500 arrester discharge counter test instrument.
08. In early June, after-sales debugging services were provided for equipment purchased by a customer in Huaibei, Anhui, including the NR-HB-600 intelligent merging unit test instrument, NR6200H partial discharge inspection instrument, NR1320 insulator ultrasonic flaw detector, and NR-QX-10 current clamp meter.
09. In mid-June, Jindian's after-sales team provided after-sales debugging services to a customer in Xinjiang. The equipment mainly included NR-BX-135kVA/108kV variable frequency resonance test device, NR-YD-5kVA/50kV power frequency withstand voltage test device, NR-ZGF-60kV/2mA DC high voltage generator, NR6610 DC resistance tester, NR6700 fully automatic ratio and group test instrument, NR5300 loop resistance tester, and NR2100 grounding resistance tester.
10. At the end of the month, Jindian Technology received an urgent service request from a customer in Hunan to assist in locating a cable fault. The after-sales team immediately rushed to the destination. After arriving, they immediately began operating the equipment to locate the fault. After a sleepless night of searching over mountains and ridges, they successfully located the fault.
Over the past six months, Jindian Technology's after-sales team has traveled throughout China, providing professional, fast, and efficient service to customers.
