Recently, in response to an urgent customer testing request, a technical engineer from Wuhan Jindian Technology Co., Ltd. drove a power testing vehicle, carrying a batch of equipment purchased by the customer, to the Hunan test site. This trip not only delivered the urgently needed equipment to the customer's site but also provided comprehensive debugging and equipment training services.
On the day of departure, to make reasonable plans and arrangements based on the actual situation at the customer's site, the technical engineer learned about the on-site testing situation from the customer during the journey. Through communication, it was learned that the debugging locations included two 35kV substations and one 110kV substation, and that the customer's personnel had no experience in using the relevant equipment. A meeting at the project site was scheduled for the following day.


Upon arriving at the customer's designated construction project, our personnel assisted the customer in checking the equipment. After confirming that everything was correct, the debugging and training officially began.

Our technical engineer first gave a detailed explanation of each piece of equipment and demonstrated step-by-step how to connect the equipment, set parameters, read data, and conduct tests. A detailed explanation of potential issues during the testing process was also provided. Subsequently, the customer was allowed to operate the equipment on-site, and our engineer patiently and meticulously answered any questions encountered during the practical operation, earning high praise from the on-site personnel.


Over seven days, our technical engineer accompanied the customer to three different locations for debugging, and the customer can now proficiently use the equipment for testing.
