Live-line work on 10~35kV systems uses insulation isolation methods. The main safety protective equipment used includes insulated clothing, insulated trousers, insulated shoulder covers, and insulated sleeves, etc. The effectiveness of these protective items directly affects the life safety of operators, therefore, testing of safety protective equipment is particularly important. The insulating garment testing platform developed by our company can complete the testing of insulating garments and is suitable for use by units such as the Electric Power Research Institute and live-line work teams in the power system.
- The test bench surface is an insulating structure, which has better safety than a metal surface and can test a larger area of the sample.
- The upper part of the test bench has a transparent insulating electric pressure plate, which can ensure good contact between the insulating garment and the electrode.
- The test bench is equipped with electrodes of various specifications, which can be used to test a variety of protective equipment, including insulated clothing, insulated trousers, insulated shoulder covers, insulated sleeves, and insulated blankets.
- The test electrodes are made of conductive fiber fabric filled with flame-retardant sponge.
- The withstand voltage platform is available in two specifications. The JD3610H model can complete the withstand voltage test of insulating garments in one go.
