NR1420 series water-cooled generator DC high-voltage generator

The DC high-voltage generator for water-cooled generators is designed for leakage current and DC high-voltage testing of water-cooled generators. The instrument has a specially designed compensation circuit for various interference currents, which can completely eliminate the interference of stray current and the polarization potential of the water pipe during the test, and accurately measure the leakage current of the water-cooled generator windings. For generators in power plants, DC testing can effectively and sensitively detect end and intermittent defects in the stator windings.

Product Introduction

　　The DC high-voltage generator for water-cooled generators is designed for leakage current and DC high-voltage testing of water-cooled generators. The instrument is specially designed with various compensation circuits for interference currents, which can completely eliminate the interference of stray currents and the polarization potential of the water collection pipe during the test, and accurately measure the leakage current of the windings of the water-cooled generator. For generators in power plants, DC testing can effectively and sensitively detect end and intermittent defects in the stator windings.

Main Features

　　◆ Adopts large voltage feedback to greatly improve voltage stability. At the same time, it improves the inverter frequency, reduces the size and weight of the instrument and voltage multiplier tube, and is more portable;

　　◆ Adopts a medium-frequency voltage multiplier circuit, pioneering the application of the latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT devices, and according to the theory of electromagnetic compatibility, adopts special shielding, isolation and grounding measures, making the instrument high-quality, portable, and able to withstand rated voltage discharge without damage;

　　◆ Measurement data is displayed on a large LCD dot matrix screen;

　　◆ Uses high-quality components from the United States and Japan, and an internationally-standard chassis made in Germany, with strong anti-interference ability, beautiful and practical;

　　◆ The voltage multiplier tube is developed using German technology, and the medium-frequency transformer is specially designed by relevant experts, with small size and large capacity.
