Product description

Product Introduction
  The insulation resistance tester for water-cooled generators is specifically designed for insulation measurement testing of water-cooled generators. It can also be used for insulation testing of other materials in laboratories or on-site. The instrument outputs a current greater than 20mA and a maximum output voltage of 2500V. It incorporates a high-precision micro-current measurement system and a digital boosting system.

Main Features
  ◆ Controlled by a 32-bit microcontroller, with a full Chinese operation interface, easy to operate;
  ◆ Automatically calculates the absorption ratio and polarization index, and automatically stores the insulation resistance values at 15 seconds, 1 minute, and 10 minutes for easy analysis;
  ◆ Large output current (greater than 20mA at 2500V);
  ◆ The high-voltage generation module adopts fully enclosed technology, with internal protective resistors, safe and reliable;
  ◆ Strong anti-interference ability, can meet the on-site operation of ultra-high voltage substations;
  ◆ Automatic discharge after testing, and real-time monitoring of the discharge process.

Technical Parameters
  ◆ Measurement range: Insulation resistance 1MΩ~20GΩ
  Absorption ratio, polarization index 1~19.99
  ◆ Insulation resistance: 50MΩ(1000V)(between measuring line and shell)
  ◆ Error range: ±10%RDG,(when 1MΩ~5GΩ)
  ±20%RDG,(when 0.1MΩ~1MΩ; 5GΩ~20GΩ)
