Product Introduction

　　The SF6 gas density relay calibrator absorbs the advanced experience of similar domestic products. It uses an advanced and precise mathematical model of the relationship between SF6 gas pressure and temperature, and is designed as an SF6 gas density relay calibration device according to the requirements of on-site testing.

Main Features

　　◆ Massive storage, equipped with a miniature printer, allowing for printing of test results at any time;

　　◆ Good sealing performance, no waste of SF6 gas during calibration;

　　◆ The two ends of the connecting pipe are equipped with imported quick check valves, which are easy to operate and prevent water and air from entering the pipeline;

　　◆ The sampling point is equipped with an intelligent voltage protector. Even if the sampling point fish clip is mistakenly connected to a 220V voltage, the calibrator will not be damaged, making it safer to use;

　　◆ The temperature sensor is located inside the instrument's gas pipeline, correctly reflecting the gas temperature inside the density relay, making the measurement more accurate;

　　◆ Measures the pressure value at which various SF6 gas density relays with arbitrary ambient temperatures trigger and release alarms, and automatically converts it into the corresponding standard pressure value at 20℃, realizing the calibration of the alarm performance of the SF6 gas density relay;

　　◆ If the SF6 gas density relay being calibrated is equipped with a pressure gauge or density gauge, this calibrator can also calibrate the accuracy of the pressure gauge or density gauge;

　　◆ Conversion of SF6 gas pressure at any ambient temperature to the standard pressure at 20℃. Conversion of standard pressure at 20℃ to pressure at any temperature.
