The NR6550 series transformer short-circuit impedance tester is mainly used for low-voltage short-circuit impedance testing of power transformers (single-phase or three-phase) during factory production, overhaul, pre-testing, and handover tests. Its principle is to test the short-circuit impedance (%) of power transformers on-site and compare it with the nameplate value or factory value. It can detect defects such as winding displacement and deformation caused by large fault currents after factory testing, transportation, installation, and operation. The NR6550 transformer short-circuit impedance tester is easy to operate, and the test results are very intuitive. It is a rapid testing instrument for on-site testing of whether the transformer windings are deformed.
◆ No need for an external voltage regulator to measure the tested item;
◆ The instrument uses a 220V low-voltage power supply, automatically applies current to the three-phase high-voltage windings of the transformer, synchronously collects data, and automatically calculates the impedance error percentage. The test results are very intuitive;
◆ It has an output current limiting function, suitable for test items with any impedance;
◆ The instrument is very easy to operate, with one-time wiring, and can automatically complete three-phase testing without reversing the test lines;
◆ For three-phase transformers, the instrument can perform single-phase testing or three-phase testing; it can be manual testing or automatic testing;
◆ It has the function of measuring zero-sequence impedance;
◆ It has the function of measuring inductance;
◆ It uses a large-screen LCD display, with a full Chinese menu-style operation. The test can be completed according to the screen prompts;
◆ It has printing and storage functions; it is equipped with a 232 serial port and U disk storage for easy analysis and organization of data;
◆ Simple wiring, accurate testing, high level of automation, small size, and light weight.
◆ Voltage measurement range: 5V~400V Measurement accuracy: 0.2 level
Current measurement range: 0.1A~20A Measurement accuracy: 0.2 level
◆ Operating Conditions
Operating power supply: AC220V ± 10%
Power frequency: 50(±10)Hz
◆ Test result judgment reference: Impedance error within ± 2%: The transformer can operate normally
Impedance error within ± 2% - ± 5%: Regular inspection of the transformer
Impedance error exceeding ± 5%: The transformer should be stopped
