NR-CJ series fully automatic lightning impulse voltage generator

The fully automatic lightning impulse voltage generator is mainly used for lightning impulse voltage full wave, lightning impulse voltage chopped wave, and operation impulse voltage wave impact voltage tests on test samples such as power equipment to check insulation performance. It can generate eight types of impulse voltage waveforms: standard lightning wave, operating wave, lightning chopped wave, oscillating lightning wave, oscillating operating wave, steep wave of line insulator, steep wave of composite insulator, and induced operating wave of transformer. The technical indicators meet the requirements of national standards and IEC standards. It has passed the appraisal and its main technical performance is in a leading position in China and reaches the advanced level of similar international products.

Product Introduction

  The fully automatic lightning impulse voltage generator is mainly used for lightning impulse voltage full wave, lightning impulse voltage chopped wave and operating impulse voltage wave impulse voltage tests on test samples such as power equipment to test insulation performance.

The technical indicators meet the requirements of national standards and IEC standards, have passed the appraisal, and the main technical performance is in a leading position in China and reaches the advanced level of similar international products.

Main Features

  ◆ Complete set of equipment, complete voltage levels;

  ◆ The impulse voltage generator has a small loop inductance and adopts band-stop filtering measures, which can still generate standard impulse waves under large capacitance load, and has a large load capacity;

  ◆ High voltage utilization coefficient, lightning wave and operating wave are not less than 85% and 80% respectively;

  ◆ Convenient wave adjustment, simple operation, good synchronization performance, and reliable operation;

  ◆ Using constant current charging automatic control technology, high degree of automation, and strong anti-interference ability;

  ◆ Successfully developed an impulse waveform digital analysis system and an online microcomputer processing system for impulse voltage test data, which greatly improves the technical level and efficiency of impulse voltage testing.
