Product description
Used for withstand voltage testing of capacitive test pieces with large capacity and high voltage, such as high-voltage cables, generators, large transformers, GIS, and CVT. When performing AC withstand voltage tests on large-capacity test pieces, the testing equipment often needs to have a large capacity as well, resulting in bulky equipment weighing tons, making transportation extremely inconvenient, especially unsuitable for on-site testing. To address this issue, our company has developed the NR-BX series variable frequency resonant testing equipment and NR-GX series power frequency resonant testing equipment. The variable frequency resonant testing equipment adjusts the power supply frequency, while the power frequency resonant testing equipment adjusts the reactor to achieve resonance between the reactor and the capacitive test piece, thereby obtaining high voltage and large current on the test piece. The variable frequency main unit uses a dedicated SPWM digital waveform generation chip, with small waveform distortion and stable frequency; it uses a quadrature asynchronous fixed-carrier modulation method to ensure good output waveform in the entire frequency range; the power part uses an advanced IPM module to ensure instrument stability and safety with minimum weight. The variable frequency resonant boosting device consists of a frequency-adjustable voltage regulator, an excitation transformer, a reactor, and a capacitive voltage divider. During the design process, the equipment requires that the weight of components that can be moved on-site by a single person does not exceed 30kg, and the weight of components that can be moved on-site by two people does not exceed 60kg, suitable for on-site transportation; the reactor part uses dry epoxy casting, which is beautiful and reliable, and meets the requirements of AC withstand voltage testing for various large-capacity test pieces.

◆ Scope of application: Without special instructions, the cable length of 10kV given in the table above is 2.0 times the withstand voltage under the condition of 30~300Hz. If it is 2.5 times the withstand voltage, the cable length should be reduced by 33% accordingly. Users can optionally configure compensating capacitors and protective spark gaps.
