To enhance the business capabilities and product knowledge of the company's marketing personnel and expand their work thinking, Jindian Technology organized a business and technical training session on August 24th. The training focused on equipment selection and customer communication. This training was lectured by Engineer Peng from the technical department, and all employees of the marketing department participated.
At the beginning of the training, Engineer Peng explained the types of equipment and related requirements needed for 1-5 level acceptance tests. He introduced the specific test items, corresponding test equipment, and conventional selection methods. He also provided an in-depth explanation of the product characteristics, testing principles, product structure, wiring methods, test procedures, precautions, and troubleshooting of our company's various power testing equipment.
During the training, everyone was very active, not only taking notes diligently but also engaging in good interaction with Engineer Peng. They raised some problems encountered in customer communication, exchanged ideas, and shared their work experiences.
This training was rich in content and very informative. Everyone gained a clearer understanding of the products and equipment, and their professional knowledge has significantly improved. We believe this will enable them to provide more professional services to customers in the future.
