Recently, Wuhan Jindian Technology received an after-sales service request from a customer in Tibet and immediately dispatched technicians to the customer's location.
The equipment involved in this debugging process includes: NR5300B Loop Resistance Tester, NR2204D Insulation Resistance Tester, NR2600 Grounding Lead Continuity Tester, NR-DP30 Ultra-Low Frequency High Voltage Generator, NR5200 Fully Automatic Transformer Characteristic Comprehensive Tester, etc.
After arriving in Lhasa, the technicians, with the customer's arrangement, began the debugging and training. During the training, our technicians provided a detailed explanation of the instrument's working principles, structure, technical parameters, measurement range, etc., as well as how to connect the testing instrument to the test item, how to set parameters, and how to operate the settings to enable automatic range switching, automatic calibration, and debugging.
Following the explanation, a professional operational demonstration was conducted step-by-step. During the operation, key precautions were highlighted, and our technicians shared their experimental experience with the customer's personnel.
Finally, our technicians patiently answered the customer's questions until they fully understood.
