Recently, technical engineers from Wuhan Jindian Technology Co., Ltd. traveled to Xinjiang to provide debugging and training services for the customer's purchased NR4100 cable fault tester and NR4250 underground pipeline tester.
The NR4100 cable fault tester and NR4250 underground pipeline tester produced by our company are mainly used for locating cable faults.
The NR4100 cable fault tester is a comprehensive cable fault detection instrument. It can test high-resistance flashover faults, high and low resistance grounding, short circuits, and cable breaks and poor contacts. When equipped with an acoustic ranging instrument, it can accurately determine the exact location of the fault, especially suitable for testing various models and voltage levels of power cables and communication cables.
The NR4250 underground pipeline tester uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to detect the precise route and depth of underground cables and locate open circuits, short circuits, and sheath faults in cables.
The working principle is: The transmitter generates an electromagnetic signal, and the signal is transmitted to the underground cable to be measured through different transmission connection methods. After the underground cable senses the electromagnetic signal, an induced current is generated on the cable, and the induced current propagates along the cable to a distance. During the propagation of the current, electromagnetic waves are radiated from the underground cable to the ground. When the underground pipeline tester receiver detects on the ground, it will receive electromagnetic wave signals on the ground above the cable, and judge the position, direction and fault of the underground cable through the changes in the strength of the received signals.
Upon arriving at the project site, after the technical engineers learned about the situation in detail from the customer, they immediately started the test using the testing instruments produced by our company, followed the customer along the cable laying location to find one by one, and finally successfully helped the customer find the fault point. 
After four days of training, the technical engineers provided comprehensive training on the two devices purchased this time and the previously purchased devices.
