Shipped on time! Jiangsu customer purchased our 35kV transformer comprehensive testing system


Recently, a batch of equipment from Wuhan Jindian Technology, customized for a Jiangsu customer, including the NR8200 series transformer comprehensive testing system, NR-GGD high-voltage test auxiliary control cabinet, NR-GGD-I low-voltage test auxiliary control cabinet, and NR-BC high-voltage capacitor compensation device, has been successfully shipped!

Established in 2014 and located in Jiangsu Province, the client is a company primarily engaged in the manufacturing of electromechanical and equipment. Its main business includes the production, processing, sales, installation, maintenance, and contracting (repair, testing) of power facilities: power transformers of 220kV and below, oil-immersed induction voltage stabilizers (regulators), high and low voltage components, wires, cables and related power equipment and accessories, combined substations, combined transformers, underground transformers, rectifier transformers (phase-shifting transformers), grounding transformers, reactors, instrument transformers, high, medium and low voltage switchgear, meter boxes, power boxes, high and low voltage reactive power compensation and filtering devices, smart grid equipment, complete sets of electrical equipment, power electronic equipment, power automation equipment, charging piles, environmental protection equipment, electrical equipment leasing, etc.

In mid-February, the client contacted our company to inquire about transformer comprehensive testing equipment and partial discharge shielding rooms. The transformer comprehensive testing system was required to meet the tests for 35kV class transformers, including no-load loss and no-load current measurement tests, no-load current percentage calculation tests, no-load harmonic measurement tests, load loss measurement and standard temperature conversion tests, short-circuit impedance measurement and standard temperature conversion tests, induced voltage withstand tests, power frequency withstand tests, partial discharge tests for dry-type transformers, temperature rise tests, DC resistance tests, turns ratio group tests, insulation resistance tests, and insulation oil withstand voltage tests.

After confirming the client's technical requirements, Jindian Technology's business personnel immediately developed a detailed product technical solution for the client's review. Simultaneously, for the shielding laboratory the client inquired about, the business personnel also provided a preliminary design scheme and visited the client's site to discuss design details and in-depth cooperation matters. During the communication, the client showed great interest in our company's products and expressed a desire to visit our company to see the equipment in person.

In March, the client arrived as scheduled. Our company's general manager and relevant personnel accompanied them on a tour of the product showroom and production workshop, and gave a key explanation of the transformer comprehensive testing system under inspection, which was well-received by the client.

Later, after several rounds of communication regarding product details, both sides successfully finalized this cooperation!
