Recently, Xu Gong, an after-sales service personnel from Wuhan Jindian Technology, visited Nanchang, Jiangxi to provide after-sales debugging services for a client! 
The client is a subsidiary of the State Power Investment Group Corporation, established in 2019. It is a company mainly engaged in the production and supply of electricity and heat, with business scope including: development, construction, and management of electricity and renewable energy; organization of electricity production; supervision and bidding of power engineering construction; complete sets, matching, supervision, installation, operation and maintenance, repair of power equipment, and sales of electricity and supporting facilities, etc.
This cooperation was achieved through bidding, and a batch of equipment was purchased, including NR-LC excitation system open-loop small current tester, NR-DY-3000W portable AC/DC power supply, NR6900 anti-interference dielectric loss tester, GR-710OTDR optical fiber testing instrument, etc!
After receiving the order, various departments of our company cooperated closely and carried out production work in an orderly and efficient manner, completing production, quality inspection, and delivery within the specified time! After-sales personnel were dispatched to the client's location to provide after-sales service according to the client's needs!
Upon arrival at the site, Xu Gong and the client jointly inspected the equipment. 
After checking that the equipment was in good condition and ready for testing, Xu Gong connected the equipment and the test sample, checked the wiring to ensure it was correct, before officially starting the test.
During the test, Xu Gong carefully explained the working principle, test steps, precautions, and result judgment of the equipment during operation. After the demonstration, the client also conducted several practical operations. Xu Gong patiently answered questions about the difficulties encountered during the operation until the client mastered the use of our company's instruments.

NR-LC Excitation System Open-Loop Small Current Tester Suitable for comprehensive testing of excitation control systems, rapid fault location, and analysis of open-loop characteristics and accidents of various types of excitation control system rectifier cabinets.
This product consists of a test power supply, a resistance load, and a waveform recorder, realizing the digitalization, miniaturization, and portability of excitation system open-loop testing.
It can comprehensively test the phase and phase sequence of the synchronous signal circuit, the wiring of the pulse output circuit, the range of the control angle, the thyristor bridge triggering circuit, and the main circuit operation of the excitation system, further ensuring the reliable, safe, and stable operation of the excitation system.
