Wuhan Jindian Technology's after-sales team went to Hunan to provide after-sales debugging services for customers!


Recently, Wuhan Jindian Technology received an invitation from a customer in Hunan to provide commissioning and training services for a batch of power testing equipment purchased from our company, including the NR6700B fully automatic transformer ratio test instrument, NR6610E DC resistance test instrument, NR2100 grounding resistance test instrument, NR5130 microcomputer relay protection test instrument, NR-ZGF-120kV/5mA DC high-voltage generator, NR-DP80 ultra-low frequency high-voltage generator, and infrared thermometer.

Upon receiving the service request, our company responded immediately, prioritizing the customer's needs with enthusiasm. Our technicians rushed to the customer's site.

Upon arrival, the technicians inspected and confirmed the integrity of each piece of equipment.

Subsequently, theoretical training was provided for each device, along with on-site demonstrations of the equipment's wiring and related operations using test samples.

After the training, customers actively participated in hands-on operation. Our technicians patiently answered any questions encountered during operation until the customers could proficiently use our equipment.

The commissioning engineers only left the site after assisting the customer in completing the tests and confirming that there were no errors. The customer expressed high praise for our equipment and after-sales service!
