Recently, after receiving an after-sales service request from a Shaanxi power engineering unit, Jindian Technology immediately dispatched technicians to Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, the customer's location, to debug and provide operational training for the NR5160F Microcomputer Relay Protection Tester, NR5200F Fully Automatic Transformer Characteristic Comprehensive Tester, NR-BXF-216kVA/108kV Variable Frequency Resonance Test Set, and other equipment purchased from our company.

The client is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development and promotion of new technologies for high and low voltage power distribution equipment. They are involved in the research, development, production, sales, and electrical installation of power instruments, meters, cable protection devices, and building intelligence.

Upon arrival at the project site, our technicians immediately began the training as arranged by the client.

To enable the client to independently complete various electrical tests in the future, the technicians first gave a brief introduction to each piece of equipment. Then, they provided an in-depth explanation of each module, including module selection, testing principles, and wiring.

Subsequently, the technicians provided a practical demonstration and explained key points and difficulties during operation.
