Recently, a client from Xinjiang visited Wuhan Jindian Technology Co., Ltd. The main purpose of the visit was to receive on-site training on the testing equipment used in the 35kV substation handover test. Our company extended a warm welcome and provided meticulous hospitality.

Upon arrival, the regional sales manager extended a warm welcome to the client, accompanied them on a tour of our company's high-voltage equipment exhibition hall, and gave a brief introduction to some of the equipment on display. Afterwards, they drove to the production workshop to officially begin the training.

At the training site, technical personnel provided in-depth theoretical explanations of the NR-ZGF-200kV/2mA DC high-voltage generator, NR-YD-5kVA/50kV power frequency test transformer, NR-BX-108kVA/108kVN variable frequency resonant test device, NR5200 fully automatic transformer characteristic comprehensive testing instrument, NR-DDG high-current generator, and other equipment.

In the subsequent test operation, technical personnel demonstrated the equipment wiring and operation procedures one by one. During this time, they provided detailed explanations of the precautions during the test and the analysis and judgment of the test results. The client carefully took notes. Afterwards, under the guidance of the technical personnel, the client also conducted hands-on operations, understanding and mastering each operation process.

After 5 days of training, the client stated that they had mastered the equipment usage and praised the excellent performance of our company's products, the professional level of the technical personnel, and the enthusiastic and thoughtful service.
