In March, a time of vibrant spring growth, Wuhan Jindian Technology held its first employee training session of the year.
The training was led by our Vice General Manager, Mr. Yu, and our technical engineer, Mr. Song.
This training focused on three key areas: company overview, product knowledge, and business processes and etiquette for client interactions. The goal was to help employees gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's development and quickly become familiar with its operations.
The training officially began on the afternoon of March 2nd. The Vice General Manager began by providing a detailed explanation of business reception procedures and standards. Everyone listened attentively and diligently took notes.
During the product introduction segment, Mr. Song patiently explained the features, applications, technical specifications, performance characteristics, selection criteria, and distinctions from similar equipment for each product. 
Participants actively asked questions, and Mr. Song patiently answered them all. 
This training provided each employee with a deeper understanding of our company's scale and capabilities, client service processes, and product expertise. We believe that everyone will apply what they've learned in their future work and lives, providing even more professional service to our clients!
