On-site, our technicians first explained in detail to the client the working principle, structure, technical parameters, measurement range, etc., of each instrument. Then, they demonstrated the connection of the testing instruments to the items under test, parameter settings, and other usage points, and listed situations that might occur during the test.

Following the explanation, professional operational tests were conducted on the items under test. During the operation, key precautions were explained, and our testing experience was shared with the client's personnel.

After the demonstration, the technicians allowed the client to try completing the test independently. During the operation, our technicians patiently guided them and answered their questions until the client's personnel fully mastered the equipment's usage.
