Company management and employees participating in the competition/performance review attended the meeting. 
The competition used an interview format to publicly select management personnel for 4 departments and 6 positions.
At the beginning of the meeting, the competing employees, combining their work experience and personal characteristics, delivered speeches with high spirits, focusing on their understanding of the positions, competitive advantages, and work plans. Each contestant was well-prepared, and their speeches were rich, expressive, and passionate, earning thunderous applause. After the speeches, company management organized the scoring and selection, successfully selecting management personnel for the required positions. 
This competition/performance review meeting not only allowed employees to showcase their talents but also further stimulated their work motivation and passion, playing a positive role in improving the comprehensive quality and work ability of company management.
