To strengthen internal human resource management, open up career advancement channels, enhance corporate cohesion, and boost employee dedication and work enthusiasm and creativity, and to place the right people in the right positions, Wuhan Jindian Technology Co., Ltd. held an internal competition/performance review meeting on the afternoon of January 20, 2022, in the fourth-floor meeting room. Company management and employees participating in the competition/performance review attended the meeting. 
The competition used an interview format to publicly select management personnel for 4 departments and 6 positions.

At the beginning of the meeting, the competing employees, combining their work experience and personal characteristics, delivered speeches with high spirits, focusing on their understanding of the positions, competitive advantages, and work plans. Each contestant was well-prepared, and their speeches were rich, expressive, and passionate, earning thunderous applause. After the speeches, company management organized the scoring and selection, successfully selecting management personnel for the required positions. 

This competition/performance review meeting not only allowed employees to showcase their talents but also further stimulated their work motivation and passion, playing a positive role in improving the comprehensive quality and work ability of company management. We hope that the management personnel who have been promoted will continue to fight for their dreams and contribute their light and heat to the development of Jindian Technology in the future.
