Recently, after receiving an after-sales service request from a Jiangsu power company, Wuhan Jindian Technology immediately dispatched technical personnel to the customer's project site to provide on-site installation and operational training for a batch of testing equipment purchased from our company.
On-site, our technical personnel first provided a detailed explanation of the instrument's working principle, structure, technical parameters, measurement range, etc. Then, they demonstrated how to connect the testing instrument to the test item, how to set parameters, and how to operate and use the instrument, and listed potential issues during the testing process.
Following the explanation, professional operational tests were conducted on the test item. Key precautions were emphasized during the operation, and our personnel shared their testing experience with the customer's personnel.
After the demonstration, the technical personnel allowed the customer to independently complete the test. During the operation, our technical personnel provided patient and detailed guidance, answering the customer's questions until they fully mastered the equipment's usage.
Through the on-site testing and exchange, our instrument functioned normally, all accessories were complete, and the on-site test results were accurate.
