  • This testing machine is a boat-shaped horizontal tensile testing machine with a fully sealed structure for safety and reliability.
  • The testing machine adopts computer control, electro-hydraulic servo loading, and manual fast-forward adjustment mode, making it flexible and precise in operation.
  • The testing machine adopts all-round safety protection, which is safe and reliable, and has optional electric protective cover and manual double-layer sliding protective cover. The mobile end of the tensile machine is driven electrically or manually, with pin positioning, compact structure, and simple operation.
  • Using electro-hydraulic servo control technology, it features low power consumption, low noise, low heat generation, soft limit protection, and overload protection, ensuring high-efficiency testing performance.
  • This machine uses computer control, electro-hydraulic servo drive, and hydraulic cylinder loading. The force value is measured by a precision load sensor, and the displacement is measured by a precision displacement sensor. It features stable loading, accurate measurement, and fast control response, and can achieve load control and displacement (speed) control.
  • The host uses a 15-inch color LCD display. The touch screen has a user-friendly interface. Test plan parameters can be programmed and set at will. It can conveniently and accurately achieve digital calibration and verification of load, displacement, etc. It has full-load protection and position protection. Test data can be accessed at will and data and curves can be re-analyzed. The test method is programmable and can be stored or read, and test reports and curves can be printed.
