This instrument is mainly used for rapid testing of the insulation resistance of handheld power tools.
- The handheld power tool insulation resistance tester adopts an integrated design, and the inside of the tester is equipped with an inflatable external electrode box.
- The inflatable external electrode uses conductive cloth as the test electrode. An air bag is installed at the bottom of the electrode box. A high-performance air pump is used to apply constant pressure to the outer casing of the power tool, tightly connecting the conductive cloth electrode to the outer casing of the power tool. After the test is completed, the air is automatically released, and the air is quickly evacuated to a negative pressure.
- The electrode box is designed with an electromagnetic lock to prevent opening the box under pressure, protecting the safety of the test personnel.
- The electrode connection of the testing device is stable and reliable, with high measurement repeatability, simple operation, convenient clamping, and fast detection speed. It is the preferred product for insulation resistance testing of handheld power tools in the power industry.
