Product description
According to the requirements of DL/T976-2017 "Preventive Test Regulations for Live Working Tools, Equipment and Devices", the withstand voltage test of insulating ropes of different voltage levels needs to be carried out according to the effective length. For voltage levels of 110kV and below, an electric insulating rope testing device can be conveniently used for testing, but for high voltage level samples, the test length is longer and requires a special testing device on a high-voltage testing platform.
- The high-voltage insulating rope testing device uses two sets of electrodes and high-quality glass pulling rods as supports, with adjustable test length, suitable for 110~1000kV insulating rope withstand voltage tests.
- The test electrodes are made of SUS304 stainless steel, extruded and polished, with a bright surface that will not damage the sample.
- The test stand has a dedicated support device for easy winding of the insulating rope.
- The high-voltage electrode has a stainless steel connecting device for connection with the high-voltage test lifting platform.
- The tooling specifications are selected according to the highest voltage level.
