NR5230 Series Multi-function Power Performance Field Calibration Instrument

This product is suitable for testing low-voltage electricity metering devices. It also meets the requirements of electricity performance field verification instruments. The testing functions of electricity metering devices include: directly measuring the overall error of low-voltage electricity metering devices through a connected large current clamp meter, measuring the basic error of the electricity meter; detecting errors in the secondary circuit wiring; detecting current, voltage, phase, frequency, power (active, reactive, apparent), power factor, and vector relationship diagrams in three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire systems.

Product Introduction
  This product is suitable for testing low-voltage electric energy metering devices. It also meets the requirements of electric energy performance field calibration instruments. The testing functions of electric energy metering devices include: the overall error of low-voltage electric energy metering devices can be directly measured through the connected large current clamp meter; the basic error of the electric energy meter can be measured; the secondary circuit wiring errors can be detected; the current, voltage, phase, frequency, power (active, reactive, apparent), power factor, and vector relationship diagram of three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire systems can be detected.
 
Main Features
  ◆ The instrument adopts an insulated and shock-resistant shell, is small in size, light in weight, and easy to carry on-site;
  ◆ The current input has two modes: direct input and clamp input;
  ◆ Voltage sampling uses a high-impedance (≥20KΩ) surface insulation design line clip to connect the TV secondary voltage or low-voltage busbar. In addition to the measurement end power supply, the instrument also has a 220V auxiliary power supply, which is convenient for use in various occasions;
  ◆ Various parameter information is displayed on a large LCD screen. The display screen, terminal block, jacks, and keyboard are integrated for easy on-site carrying and operation.

  ◆ Voltage measurement range: 0~400V, four ranges of 57.7V, 100V, 220V, and 400V are automatically switched.
  ◆ Current measurement range: 0~5A, the built-in current transformer is divided into 5A (CT) range. The clamp-type current transformer has six ranges: 5A (small clamp), 25A (small clamp), 100A (medium clamp), 500A (medium clamp), 400A (large clamp), and 2000A (large clamp). (Medium and large clamp meters are optional)
  ◆ Phase angle measurement range: 0~359.999°.
  ◆ Frequency measurement range: 45~55Hz.
