  The NR8500 series transformer oil chromatography online monitoring system (multi-component) is used to measure and analyze trace characteristic gases contained in the insulating oil of oil-immersed power equipment. By analyzing the gas content, it can capture potential latent fault information in the equipment in real time and ensure reliable operation of the equipment.
  It can be installed while the main transformer is running, reducing the fluctuation caused by installing the online monitoring system on the power grid and reducing the installation workload. The installation of this system with the transformer body is very simple, only the oil inlet and outlet pipes are needed, and both the oil inlet and outlet are connected through flanges and the reserved holes of the transformer.
  The transformer oil chromatography online monitoring system can automatically perform quantitative circulating cleaning, oil feeding, oil-gas separation, sample analysis, data processing, and real-time alarm; quickly monitor online the content and growth rate of dissolved fault gases in the oil of oil-immersed high-voltage power equipment such as transformers, and predict equipment fault hidden dangers early through the fault diagnosis expert system, avoid equipment accidents, reduce major losses, and improve the reliability of equipment operation.   The transformer oil chromatography online monitoring system consists of an oil-gas separation unit, a gas detection unit, a data acquisition and control data processing unit, and an auxiliary unit. The system can online detect the content of dissolved H2, CO, CH4, C2H6, C2H2, C2H4, CO2 and other full-component gases and trace water in transformer oil at a predetermined cycle.
