Product Introduction

  The reactor comprehensive testing system is a product specifically designed for routine testing of reactors. It has automatic testing capabilities for voltage, current, reactance, inductance, loss measurement, power frequency withstand voltage, induced withstand voltage test, and temperature rise test. All test items can be performed using the relevant reactor comprehensive testing software.
The fully automatic mode uses a PLC as the control core and an industrial control computer as the human-machine interface. It has outstanding advantages such as high reliability, intuitive interface, simple operation, and complete protection measures.
The entire test system uses a control method that combines a computer and a PLC. The PLC is mainly used for setting the logical relationship between various components, integrating and executing low-level action commands, and implementing basic system protection functions. It has advantages such as flexible programming, high reliability, and fast action execution speed. The industrial control computer is mainly used for organizing the test process, issuing action instructions, and implementing advanced system protection functions. It communicates with the PLC via RS-485, and the two are completely isolated, effectively preventing communication signals from being interfered with and ensuring the safety of the computer during the grounding discharge of the test sample.
The test system uses a variable frequency drive control method to achieve fast and slow multi-speed adjustment of the voltage and current rise and fall rate in performance tests, achieving a more refined level of voltage and current adjustment and more accurate data sampling capabilities.

Main Features
  1. The test system uses the Windows operating system, and the test software is in a fully Chinese language environment. During the test, clicking the corresponding buttons with the mouse can automatically complete the entire test project. All test data is displayed in real time on the screen.
  2. The control part of the test device uses advanced control technologies such as PLC.
  3. The test software includes password protection. After the operator enters the ID number and password, they can enter the test interface.
  4. Factory test reports and printing formats can be designed according to the samples provided by the user. After the test, the test report can be directly printed or edited and printed (limited to test items).
  5. A mechanical emergency stop button is provided on the test bench to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment, and the test sample in emergency situations.
