The transformer comprehensive testing system adopts the latest virtual instrument technology, combining the powerful data processing capabilities of the computer with the perfect hardware control capabilities of the industrial control computer. The PC controls the entire testing process and data processing through the system software, and the entire test process is completed with one click, realizing true human-computer dialogue and fully automatic operation.
◆ The test system is a Windows operating system, the test software is in a fully Chinese language environment, and during the test, clicking the corresponding button with the mouse can automatically complete the entire test project. All test data is displayed in real time on the screen;
◆ The control part of the test device adopts advanced control technologies such as PLC;
◆ The test software includes password protection. After the operator enters the number and password, they can enter the test interface;
◆ The factory test report and printing format can be designed according to the sample provided by the user. After the test, the test report can be directly printed or edited and printed (limited to test items);
◆ A mechanical emergency stop button is installed on the test bench to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment, and the tested product in emergency situations.
◆ Can meet the requirements of oil-immersed transformers with a capacity of 100000 kVA and 220 kV or less;
◆ Can meet the requirements of dry-type transformers with a capacity of 31500 kVA and 35 kV or less;
