NR9600 Series Mobile Substation Transformer Integrated Test System

1. The system meets the requirements for sampling tests of transformers, box-type substations, reactors, and arc suppression coils. 2. The system should adopt a highly integrated, all-in-one structure: integrating the test power supply, control circuit, display, and measurement equipment into a single unit. 3. The testing vehicle is divided into a human-machine interaction terminal and an integrated testing device. The testing device should include an intelligent measurement module, a power distribution module, an automatic switching line module, and a wiring prompt module. 4. Automatically call the intelligent measurement module, power supply module, and switching device, and start the detection item by item. Automatically complete the voltage, current output, parameter measurement, gear switching, and data upload for each test item. 5. It should adopt a standardized modular structure design, with a unified appearance structure with other intelligent measurement modules. It is built into the testing vehicle and should have a plug-in structure design for easy maintenance and inspection. 6. Detachable structure. For indoor transformers where the mobile vehicle cannot enter, the testing device is separated from the vehicle. The device itself is supported by a vehicle-mounted hydraulic rod, separated from the vehicle body, and the testing device automatically extends the mobile wheels. The electric control moves the testing device to the position of the device under test.

Product Introduction

  1. The system meets the requirements for sampling tests of transformers, box-type substations, reactors, and arc suppression coils;

  2. The system should adopt a highly integrated, all-in-one structure: integrating the test power supply, control circuit, display, and measurement equipment into a single unit;

  3. The testing vehicle is divided into a human-machine interaction terminal and an integrated testing device. The testing device should include an intelligent measurement module, power distribution module, automatic switching line module, and wiring prompt module;

  4. Automatically call the intelligent measurement module, power supply module, and switching device, and start the detection item by item, automatically completing the voltage, current output, parameter measurement, gear switching, and data upload of each test item;

  5. It should adopt a standardized modular structure design, consistent with the appearance structure of other intelligent measurement modules, built into the testing vehicle, and should have a plug-in structure design for easy maintenance and inspection;

  6. Detachable structure. For indoor transformers where the mobile vehicle cannot enter, the testing device is separated from the vehicle. The device itself is supported by a vehicle-mounted hydraulic rod, separated from the vehicle body, and the testing device automatically extends the mobile wheels, and the electric control moves the testing device to the position of the transformer under test.
