Great luck at the topping-out ceremony

On April 26, 2026, with the completion of the final concrete pour, the main structure of the Intelligent Manufacturing R&D Base (Phase I) project of Wuhan JinDian Technology Co., Ltd. was officially topped out. This milestone marks a significant phased achievement in the project’s construction and lays a solid foundation for the smooth progress of subsequent phases.

From a mere blueprint to the topping-out of the main structure, from excavation of the foundation to the emergence of the towering skyscraper—after hundreds of days and nights of unwavering dedication and relentless effort, the moment of fruition has finally arrived.

Since groundbreaking on November 27, 2025, the project team has adhered to the guiding principles of “high standards, high efficiency, and high quality,” successfully overcoming numerous challenges such as a tight schedule and heavy workloads. From excavation of the foundation to concrete pouring for the main structure, and from safety management to quality inspection and acceptance, every stage has been the result of the builders’ hard work and ingenuity. In just five months, the main structural topping-out was smoothly completed, demonstrating not only the team’s exceptional execution capabilities but also Jindian Technology’s unwavering commitment and strong expertise in the field of power testing.

At the construction site, a bright red “Topping-Out Blessings” banner stands out vividly against the blue sky and white clouds, while the green safety nets draped over the scaffolding and the busy figures of the workers together paint a vibrant picture of bustling construction activity. This moment is both a tribute to the hard work and dedication of every builder and a hopeful anticipation for the future development of JinDian Technology.

The Phase I project is planned to have a total floor area of 33,297 square meters and comprises three major functional buildings, each with a clearly defined scale and positioning:

1. Office Building: With a gross floor area of 3,957 square meters, this building will be developed into a modern office space that integrates office work, meetings, and business hospitality, providing an efficient and comfortable working environment for management and R&D teams.

2. Dormitory Building: With a gross floor area of 2,340 square meters, this building provides employees with comfortable and convenient accommodation, creating a living space that fosters both a sense of belonging and well-being.

3. Production Workshop: With a building area of 27,000 square meters, this facility serves as the project’s core production hub and will be equipped with intelligent manufacturing, assembly, and testing lines, thereby comprehensively enhancing the scalable production and delivery capabilities for power testing equipment.

The three major buildings will feature complementary functions and seamless synergy, creating an integrated, modern industrial ecosystem encompassing “office space, production facilities, and supporting services” upon completion, thereby laying a solid foundation for the company’s capacity upgrade.

The topping-out of the main structure marks not an end, but a brand-new beginning. Moving forward, JinDian Technology will continue to steadily advance the subsequent construction phases, rigorously upholding quality and safety standards to ensure the project is completed and put into operation at the earliest possible date.
