Recently, after receiving a post-sales service request from an electricity customer in Inner Mongolia, Jin Dian Technology immediately dispatched an experienced technical team to the site. Upon arrival, the team quickly got down to work and, leveraging their solid technical expertise and extensive practical experience, systematically completed the inspection, installation, and commissioning of several key pieces of equipment. The partial discharge detector NR6200F, the insulation resistance tester NR2204, and the variable-frequency resonant test system NR-BX-270kVA/270kV—throughout the entire process, we rigorously control the calibration of equipment parameters and performance testing to ensure that every piece of equipment operates at its optimal condition.
On-site technicians conducted training for customers by demonstrating practical operations while providing detailed explanations, deeply integrating theoretical knowledge with equipment operation to ensure that the training content was intuitive and easy to understand. The technicians took each step of the process—starting from power-on calibration and parameter settings, through the inspection procedure, to data reading and analysis—and explained every step meticulously. At the same time, they placed particular emphasis on key points to note during equipment use, including high-voltage operation safety guidelines, instrument maintenance and care details, methods for handling abnormal data, and techniques for adjusting parameters according to different inspection scenarios, thereby helping customers comprehensively avoid operational risks.
After systematic debugging and specialized training, the customer’s technical personnel have fully mastered the core operational skills for the equipment delivered this time and are now capable of independently performing the entire workflow—including parameter setting, inspection and operation, and shutdown maintenance. At the same time, they have developed a clear and systematic understanding of techniques for adapting the equipment to different inspection scenarios and methods for handling emergency failures, enabling them to respond flexibly to various practical operational challenges.
